THEME 1: PATIENT-LED NHS
Projects that can empower individuals to be better informed NHS-users with the support of volunteers
THEME 2: DELIVERING BETTER HEALTH OUTCOMES
Projects that can improve patient/service user and carer experience through the support of volunteers
THEME 3: IMPROVING PUBLIC HEALTH
Projects that improve public health through action to reduce health inequalities through active volunteering initiatives in localities and communities
THEME 4: IMPROVING HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE
Projects that link to local health, public health and social care priorities and which work closely with emerging health partnerships at a community and neighbourhood level.
