To be able to apply you need to decide which Strategic Health Authority Cluster (SHA Cluster) you want to deliver in. Then you need to make sure that your proposed project will run in at least four delivery locations which are in different Local Authorities across your chosen SHA Cluster.

The SHA Clusters are:

  • NHS North of England (comprising North West, North East and Yorkshire and Humber)
  • NHS Midlands and East (comprising West Midlands, East Midlands and East of England)
  • NHS South of England (comprising South West, South Central and South East coast)
  • NHS London.

We'd like help you find partners to help you meet this delivery requirement so we've created 'Search for a Partner' a partner-finding facility that will help you find partners in your chosen SHA Cluster.

All you need to do is register your organisation describing: where you work; what you do; who your service users are; and what you want from partnering with others. You can then:

  • search for suitable partners
  • collect any potential matches in a 'potential partners' folders for quick reference
  • once you've got a shortlist you can get in touch with them.
