On the 17th October the HSCVF team were joined by the Minister of Care Services, Paul Burstow, and Olivia Butterworth, from the Department of Health, for the HSCVF Local Grant Scheme 2011 start up event.

Paul Burstow gave a presentation on the contribution of volunteers to health and social care and Olivia Buttterworth from the Department of Health presented on the place of volunteering in the new NHS commissioning structure. To view these videos please click here.
